Liverpool, United Kingdom Huntington's Disease Association Full time

The Huntington's Disease Association is a UK registered charity that supports people affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We provide information, advice and support to families, friends, and healthcare professionals.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent Philanthropy Executive to join our Fundraising team. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and developing relationships with trusts and foundations and statutory partners. This role involves working collaboratively across our organisation to develop compelling proposals, secure financial support, and create sustainable partnerships. You will develop and manage the trusts and foundations, including family and corporate trusts, and statutory funding pipeline by investing in thorough research and relationship cultivation, and you will thrive when working with funders and colleagues.

As we embark on our new 5-year strategy, you will seek funding opportunities to meet the ambitious goals we have set for ourselves to support the Huntington’s community. You’ll be a self-starter and have high standards for yourself and others - and you'll enjoy being part of a small charity team who enjoys the challenge of seeking funding for an organisation with major ambitions.

You’ll be an experienced and passionate fundraising professional who can get ‘under the skin’ of our work and are keen to make your mark in an organisation that has supported families affected by Huntington’s disease for over 50 years.

We are committed to equal opportunities in our recruitment process and in order to find out how well we are doing, we collect monitoring data. This will not form part of the selection process in any way and will be used for monitoring purposes only. The completion of this form is voluntary.

Full details of how we securely handle the data you provide to us as part of the recruitment process can be found in our privacy notice for job applicants on our website.
