**About the role**:
The role is home-based within Herefordshire. Travel will be expected on a regular basis across the county to fulfil the role and meet the needs of the service. Core service hours are between 9.00 and 17:00 but there is an expectation for some flexible working.

As an IVA you will be:

- working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing demands
- making timely contact with those affected by crime including people who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime and those who have been repeatedly and persistently targeted
- conducting effective impact and risk assessments with service users to inform bespoke support plans
- delivering and co-ordinating in person, phone and video call support to service users as appropriate to help them cope and recover from their experience of crime
- using a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential case management records and contribute to monitoring information for the service including the collection of outcomes
- working with key partners to optimise referrals and access for service users to support
