**The Role**:
Our Client is hiring multiple full-time security officers for a fast-paced role in Lenham, Kent, offering 12-hour shifts. The role requires an SIA Licence and entails various responsibilities including booking procedures, searches, patrols, and perimeter checks. The workplace is inclusive and offers competitive benefit. **Core Responsibilities**:

- Booking in and out of vehicles, visitors, and contractors
- Searching of persons and vehicles
- Conducting site patrols and perimeter checks

**Shift Schedule**:

- 12-hour shifts: 06:00 18:00 (4 days on, 4 days off)
- Weekend and Bank Holiday day shifts with potential rotation onto night shifts: 18:00 to 06:00

**Licence/Certification**:

- SIA License (required)
- UK Driving Licence (required)
- Second CCTV licence preferred but not essential (preferred)

**Additional Notes**:

- Must be fluent in English
- Must be flexible to cover sickness and holiday shifts for other officers if required
