**About the Role**:
The purpose of the role is to manage the M&A workflow and ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new acquired firms into Xeinadin:
Main responsibilities and key tasks:

- Coordinate and manage the workflow during acquisition and onboarding, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and their deliverables provided at the right time
- Work with IT to setup and run the M&A Workflow in SharePoint, defining and documenting the process, establish ongoing learnings harnessing and evaluating ideas for improvement to the process to be released in the SharePoint workflow
- Take full ownership of key deliverables including (and not limited to) accuracy of contact information and on-time set-up of acquired firm in Xeinadin Finance systems
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the smooth acquisition and onboarding of firms into Xeinadin success of the project, liaising with different functions (Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Marketing, Commercial) throughagreed primary contacts and act as the central point of contact
- Manage the activity during acquisition and onboarding with particular emphasis on the timely and to quality delivery at the stage of transitioning primary responsibility from the M&A acquisition team to the regional Hub between exchange and completion
- Coordinate and act as the secretary of M&A governance and onboarding meetings taking direction from the M&A Director
- Understand the interdependencies of activities in the acquisition and onboarding stages and ensure that aby impacted areas are informed and plans updated
- Put in place a framework for managing and mitigating acquisition and onboarding risks and managing and resolving issues, identifying potential bottlenecks, and devising contingency plans

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a delivery/operational and problem-solving role or similar
- Experience of working with third parties
- Experience of organising delivery to plan and seeing objectives or goals through to successful completion
- Demonstratable experience as a highly organised individual.
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Proven analytical and practical problem-solving capabilities with understanding of challenges to integration and how to address them
- Has a broad view of a business from broad experience in various functions and/or industries
- Advantageous to have worked in a Professional Services environment with clients and/or in an Operations
- Strong understanding of Operations and IT in a business context and what is needed to align processes and ways of working
