**The role:
Berrys Herefordshire office provides a wide range of services which predominantly cover surveying and business consultancy, architectural and planning services. We are now seeking to grow our building consultancy team.

The position is office-based with administrative support and this role will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quotes, arrange appointments and to manage their work to meet deadlines under their own initiative.

**Essential Criteria:
The work will be mainly based in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties, but will require travel throughout the country, and therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

You will be a RICS Registered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience.
- Pre-acquisition building surveys
- Schedules of condition
- Preparation and negotiation of schedule of dilapidations
- Preparation of schedules of works
- Project management
- CDM
- Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
- Party wall
- Planned maintenance programmes
