**Groundworkers to become Groundwork Contractors / Firms**

We will assist you in all aspects of the business to include - Setting up the company, UTR, VAT, Trade Accounts, Getting Contracts, Getting Workers, and all direct sales to get the business going. We will further provide you with all estimating and quantity surveying on an ongoing long-term basis to help your business soar.

If you have the expertise and practical experience of groundworks ideally for big housebuilders then we can provide all the support you need from a QS, Sales, and Commercial perspective.

This is a one-off opportunity as we only work with one person per county (per trade). So, if someone else signs up - we can no longer work with you.

You will need:
1. Good experience of all aspects of Groundworks including roads, sewers, foundations, drainage,

2. Good leadership ability with an outgoing, assertive personality.

3. Ambition to run your own business. We only want to work with people who wish to make a difference not potter along making a living.

4. Either a Clean Credit file and/or access to some working capital. We can lend you the money on an interest free basis for the rest of the Set Up fee so not much capital is required.
