This position will be based at the **Clacton office**.

**Job description**
We have a fantastic opportunity at our Clacton office Are you seeking a career in estate agency? We are recruiting for a **Trainee Negotiator**, ideally based locally in Clacton or surrounding areas.

The role will be fully supported by your manager, helping you learn on the job and gain hands on experience in the property Industry. Duties will include conducting property viewings and provide full details to potential buyers, negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, assist in completion of necessary paperwork, liaise with vendors, and build strong business relationships, work well in a team, and bring our clients great customer service.

£20,000 to £25,000 on target earnings (OTE)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Clacton-on-Sea, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
