Waitress / Waiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front of House Server to join a Tea Room based in Maldon. As a Senior Front of House Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

Full time: Including 1 weekend day a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
- Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
