Picker and Packer

Responsibilities: - Pack items securely in boxes or containers according to company standards - Ensure accuracy and quality of packed items - Use warehouse management system to track inventory and update packing status - Operate forklift to move materials and products as needed - Perform picking and packing duties as assigned - Load and unload shipments as required - Conduct quality control checks on packed items - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience working in a warehouse environment - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills - Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in a warehouse setting, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with shipping and receiving processes is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. **Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
