In this role, you will be an integral part of the department, with the opportunity to get involved and support a number of HR related projects, tasks and providing advice and guidance to business leaders. You will be able to learn and develop practice HR Experience within a generalist and dynamic Human Resources Team. This is a permanent position alongside completing a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice at Coleg Cambria, with opportunity to develop within our business on a progression pathway.

The role will include supporting:

- HR Operations
- Recruitment
- Learning and Development
- HR Information Systems

You will be able to gain an invaluable understanding of how Human Resources contributes to business goals, culture and change. This will be alongside developing your knowledge of key essentials of HR in practice and how the team delivers people based solutions led by insight and key behaviours.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone who is studying, aspiring to or embarking on a career in Human Resources who is able to demonstrate the following skills, behaviours and experience:

- A positive mindset, with a personable and approachable nature;
- Excellent organisational skills, responsive to contexts with the ability to re-prioritise tasks effectively;
- High attention to detail, able to work autonomously and with own initiative;
- Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality;
- Proactive in building key relationships with colleagues, business leaders and working as part of a team;
- A-C Grades in Maths and English GCSE;
- Full driving licence;
