Metalwork Assembler

**The Role**

Opportunity to join an established fast growing control panel manufacturer in Dorset.

The primary role is to build control panels:

- Prepare control cabinet enclosures for wiring
- Work from mechanical drawings
- Accurate measurement and marking of metalwork
- Drill and punch holes
- Fit components & labels
- Other manufacturing tasks to be undertaken as necessary

**The Person**

Training will be provided but you will need to be used to handling tools.

Essential skills:

- Previous use and experience with hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English
- Excellent attendance levels and attitude
- Physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved

**Package**

£11 per hour depending on experience.

36.5 hours per week (09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday; 09:00 to 16:00 Friday)

Paid overtime.

**Company**

You will be joining a small friendly team, based at our Workshop in Dorset.
