**“Support the UK Operations (Crowther & Leicester Sites) in relation to Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)**

**The Role**

To provide support to all departments within the organization to ensure compliance with all legal, statutory and customer requirements. To manage compliance audit systems covering Security, Environmental, Health & Safety (Including Risk Assessment). To implement processes in these areas to achieve performance improvements and costs savings to the business.
- Delivery/organisation of HSSE related training.
- Manage the Risk Assessment system, including carrying out Risk Assessments.
- Lead incident investigations.
- Lead accident investigations.
- Evaluate the need and arrange for Occupational Monitoring.
- Supporting the activities of the SHE works committee to ensure the timely completion of actions
- Conduct Health & Safety Audits.
- Administrate the access control system.
- Conduct security audits.
- Administrate the testing and inspection of security equipment.
- Monitoring of waste destruction.
- Conduct Audits covering the EMS, including Waste Management arrangements in addition to Permit and Consent controls to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
- Management of all UK Audit systems (encompassing Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Security).
- Administration of the existing QPulse system, including uploading documents to the system, checking the validity of documentation and making basic changes to policies and procedures.

**We are looking for**:

- Knowledge of Security standard ISO14298.
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
- Experience working in a chemical handling manufacturing work environment
- IT Literate - able to use MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Competent user of MS Excel - Must be able to create tables, charts and use basic functions to analyse data.
- Capable of prioritising daily workload to ensure that deadlines are met.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- NEBOSH International Diploma in Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management.
- Qualified Integrated Internal Auditor (ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO9001).
- Experience completing H&S risk assessments (Level 3 Risk Assessment Cert.).
