Job Specification for Social Media Model (Instagram and TikTok)

Position: Social Media Model

Overview:
We are looking for creative and talented individuals to join our team as Social Media Models for both Instagram and TikTok. As a Social Media Model, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content for our brand's social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. This is a part-time role, requiring 4 hours of work per day, and we are offering a competitive rate of £20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality and visually appealing content for Instagram and TikTok that aligns with our brand's image and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts, videos, images, and captions that promote brand awareness and drive engagement.

2. Social Media Management:

- Maintain and manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts, ensuring regular posting and interaction with followers.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and popular content formats to keep our brand's social media presence up-to-date and relevant.

3. Audience Engagement:

- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to build a loyal and active community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that encourage user participation and growth.

4. Brand Representation:

- Represent our brand positively and professionally in all social media interactions and communications.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and adhere to its values and guidelines.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, using insights to optimize content strategy.
- Provide regular reports on key social media metrics and suggest improvements based on data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer or Model, with a strong presence on Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent knowledge of social media trends, platform features, and best practices for content creation.
- Proficiency in creating engaging video content, including editing skills and use of relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to align content with the brand's identity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box to create captivating content.
- A collaborative and positive attitude, willing to work as part of a team and take direction from the marketing department.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Freelance
