Our operating theatres are recruiting for full / part time Band 2 Trainee perioperative care support workers. To undertake a range of duties including clerical and patient care activities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner ODP, Nurse or a Senior Perioperative Care Assistant. Theatre Support staff will assist the Registered Practitioners to deliver patient care and prepare the environment in which care is delivered. In pursuing these duties, the post holder will ensure compliance with the NHS Constitution and be familiar with the NHS England Guidance ‘Understanding the new NHS’.
