Are you passionate about helping teams deliver advanced manufacturing research projects We have an exciting opportunity to join the AMRC group as a Technical Fellow for the Nuclear AMRC.

As a Technical Fellow, you will play a key role within an integrated project team based in the Nuclear AMRC, ensuring that each project is run in accordance with client requirements and the Nuclear AMRC’s Quality Management requirements. You will be the focal point for the project team, co-ordinating resources and equipment loading to ensure that customer objectives are met and delivered on time and within budget. You will be customer focussed and be the face of the team when dealing with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be working closely with the newly formed team who will be in collaboration with a broad range of industrial and academic partners within Nuclear and adjacent Industries. You will therefore be positioned within an important team at the heart of the Nuclear AMRC’s strategy for growth, providing a critical service to local companies and a significant contribution to the continuing improvement of the Centre & our future capabilities.

**You will have**:

- Experience in leading digital manufacturing experimental work
- Advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

About the Team
You will work at the Nuclear AMRC Rotherham facility. This role provides excellent opportunities to increase and enhance your knowledge and skills, supported by a friendly team in an excellent working environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of R&D projects in any or all of the following areas: manufacturing assessment processes, design optimisation, advanced manufacturing, digital manufacturing and quality assurance. Projects you will work on may be conducted on behalf of commercial clients, be part of the Centre’s capability development programme or be undertaken in collaboration with other organisations as part of a government funded programme.
