**About the role**

Finance plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and our Graduate Scheme offers you the opportunity to understand the scale and complexity around finance for one of the largest food manufacturers. You will be given real projects and be empowered to make real decisions by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into life at 2 Sisters.

You will have 3 separate placements in the first year, followed by 2 placements in the second and third year of the scheme, so you can gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance. These areas include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Shared Services: Internal Audit and Tax & Treasury. You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.

We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.

Our eligibility criteria for our Finance Graduate Scheme is as follows:

- 2.1 minimum degree in any discipline
- Graduated within the last 3 years
- Strongly analytical and numerical skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A real passion for all things food and finance
- **Graduates are expected to relocate to any of our sites throughout the UK during your 3 years on the programme.**_
