HR Coordinator - Maternity Cover (1-year)
Due to impending Maternity leave, we have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team from late September 2023.

The role will be responsible for supporting the School (in a fast paced environment) with day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, induction, probation, contract variations, salary letters, training, performance management, exit interviews, absence management, and more.

Generalist HR experience is essential; CIPD Level 3 or above is desired.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand on their knowledge and experience, and be involved in some exciting projects including a new HR system.

This role is all year round, fixed term (1-year), and full-time. The salary for the role is £27,000 P/A.

Whilst this role requires on-site presence, there is the ability for some hybrid working particularly during the long school holidays.
