**Main Areas of Responsibility**
- Write and maintain specifications for all customers ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
- Liaise with NPD to ensure that all information for internal and customer specifications is correct and challenged as required.
- Assist with writing, reviewing, and maintaining the internal process specifications, and quality attribute sheets to ensure they reflect customer specifications.
- Ensure that all raw material and finished product specifications are in place, approved and up to date.
- Assist with retail pack copies prior to artwork stages.
- Review and maintain the approved supplier list.
- Review raw materials specifications prior to customer launches and ensure they are signed off by technical.
- Respond to customer alerts on all retailer systems.
- Complete customer questionnaires when required.
- Support the Technical team with customer visits/site audits.
- Undertake such ad hoc duties as may be required to benefit the business

**Requirements**:

- UK Working VISA already in place
- Ability to commute or relocate to location (no relocation assistance available)
- Food Science Degree or Equivalent Qualification/ Experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
