Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a leading and instantly recognisable brand name retailer as they look at add to their Commercial Finance Team.

We're looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner join for a 3 month period initially.

Reporting into the Commercial Finance Lead - Digital, this is a broad and diverse position

You will be the key finance business partner to the eCommerce trade team, developing strong and effective working relationships in order to provide insight, analysis and support to the functions enabling the business to deliver company targets and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- To produce insightful weekly and monthly e-commerce business reports with commentary on key business drivers.
- To own and manage all the financial processes relevant to eCommerce & Digital Marketing including month end accounting and preparation of eCommerce P&L and supporting KPI's for submission to parent company.
- Provide financial analysis and support to investment decisions including tender reviews & business case preparation
- Own the eCommerce & Digital Marketing budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with the functions to provide quarterly forecasts and an operating plan these areas.
- Provide challenging and insightful adhoc commercial analysis to understand the impact of promotions and other initiatives on customer behaviour and business profitability.
- Hold a relevant Accounting Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Have a Retail/FMCG background within a large company
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and power BI and exposure to a large ERP system Oracle/SAP etc.
- Experience of working in an analytical environment and dealing with large data sets
