This is an exciting opportunity to develop your advice skills, taking the support we offer into Peterborough’s diverse communities.

We are seeking a trainee adviser who once qualified will provide general advice services to clients of Aspire who are on a recovery pathway from substance abuse. Whilst you will be joining the CAP team, you will be working alongside Aspire caseworkers who will provide the majority of your referrals.

You will need the ability and confidence to successfully complete the adviser training. A key requirement will be to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to identify the root of the issues, empower clients, whilst maintaining structure and full control of interviews.
