Job Summary:
We are looking for a well organized individual to join our team as a Body Shop Receptionist. As a Body Shop Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact for our customers. Working within a fast past environment ensuring key to key and cycle times are met,
- Duties:
- Build Rapport and give great customer service
- Update customers on progress of their vehicles as well as our in house systems
- Checking in Customers or Recovery vehicles on site
- Completing paperwork so vehicles can be handed back to the customers
- Updating insurance companies via the phone and on the portal system
- Prioritising workload to ensure targets are met
- Meet and greet Customers whilst maintaining exceptional customer service levels
- Booking work in ensuring notifications are processed in a timely manner keeping within contractual requirements
- Managing our courtesy cars
- ensuring correct authoristion, ID and documents are in place
- General filing with great attention to detail
- Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and office organization
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bodyshop experience desired
Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
