Exam Invigilators Needed ASAP - West London

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Exam Invigilators to join our dedicated team at a school in Ealing. As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure a fair and proper conduct of examinations in an environment that enables students to perform to the best of their abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up exam halls and ensuring they are ready for students to take their exams
- Verifying students' identities and ensuring that they are properly seated
- Explaining exam rules and procedures to students
- Administering the start and end of exams on time
- Collecting exam papers and materials from students at the end of exams
- Ensuring the security of all exam papers and materials
- Identifying and reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam regulations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of exam procedures would be an advantage
- Flexibility and availability during exam periods
