I am looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work with a housing association covering the South-East of England. The Maintenance Surveyor will need to be open for travel as this role covers the areas of Kent, Surrey, Essex and Hampshire. Mileage is provided forall travel and overnight stays are provided by the housing association where necessary.
**Maintenance Surveyor responsibilities**:

- Carry out pre and post inspections to social housing stock.
- Have the ability to liaise effectively with the admin and scheduler team to manage your diary effectively.
- To provide technical advice and assistance to other colleagues within the company

**To be successful as the Maintenance Surveyor you need**:

- Able to effectively deal with the public
- Computer/keyboard skills
- National Certificate in Building Studies or relevant practical experience
- Experience within a similar post in social housing.
