John O’Conner’s are currently seeking an Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative to work at our prestigious Defence Academy contract in Shrivenham.

No experience required. You will be trained in all aspects of grounds maintenance working alongside an experienced team. Make your own way to attend Wiltshire College one day a week to study for your Horticulture Diploma.

Driving Licence is essential.

Pay for the first year you will be paid at minimum wage for your age range on an apprenticeship scheme.
