- Monday - Friday Role
- Contracted hours of 7:00am to 17:30pm, overtime available, but will require flexibility with a lot of earlier starts*(*to meet the requirements of the role)

**The Role**

You’ll be a key part of the Installs and broader Operations teams, vital for contributing towards ensuring installations are completed in full and on time, and also ensuring work colleagues and clients are communicated with in a prompt & professional manner at all times.

This role requires flexibility, organisational skills and a high degree of customer service. Having won the business, the installation team are responsible for ensuring that the sales brief is delivered and successfully up and running, before it is handed onto the Maintenance Team for ongoing maintenance. Due to rapid expansion, we have openings for Installation Team members based out of our Leicester HQ, and carrying out Installations nationwide.

Highly mobile with customers nationwide, early starts are a fundamental part of the role, and need to be able to drive a company supplied van in order to move between calls, and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license.

**The Person**

Self-motivated, efficient, able to manage your time and workload, you will need to have excellent people skills. As the face of Plant Plan, you will need to give great customer service and be a friendly ‘face’ and be a true ambassador for the company by looking after our client needs.

The role is hands on and includes lifting/moving heavy items, and you will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and able to work to deadlines are a must and an ability to deliver to tight deadlines.

A solution provider and a desire to do whatever it takes achieve, you will take pride in your work and a job well done.

Previous experience as part of an installations team is desirable, and also past experience using a variety of hand tools and fixing methods is also beneficial.
