Freezer Picker

**CSP are currently recruiting Freezer Order Pickers on behalf of our client, a well known & established leader in the logistics & distribution sectors SWINDON (SN5 7JF postcode).**

**We have various shift patterns available**:
Weekly rotating 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm

Permanent nights 3pm-11pm

Or permanent nights - 11pm-7am

All based on a rota working 5 days across 7 - you will be provided with a 12 week rota upfront as we understand how important work life balance is

On top of your basic pay, you will accrue holiday pay, picking bonuses which can amount to nearly £450 a month and a pension applicable after a qualifying period.

**Salary £11.85 & £14.11 for hours worked after 7pm**

**Overtime is paid at 1.5 times your basic. Day shift £17.27 & nights £20.66 (this pay bracket is for any hours worked after 40 hours per week only)**

**Initially, your role will include**:

- Picking orders by hand in the frozen department following a headset whilst driving a LLOP
- Labelling items
- Sorting items into the correct cages
- Relocating stock
- Wrapping finished orders
- Be committed to the role long-term
- Work well in a team
- Have a desire to learn and progress within the company
- Have experience in a similar environment
- Have a reasonable level of written & spoken English

Please note that this role is working in a cold environment. This role does include heavy lifting and you will be required to work on your feet, walking around the warehouse for the entire shift so a reasonable level of fitness is necessary.
