An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to join our small busy head office in Cottingham. This main purpose of this role is to assist and perform administrative tasks to our accounts team for our care home sites based around Yorkshire.

**Responsibilities and duties**

Answering the telephone and taking messages or assisting with queries from customers and suppliers.

Taking debit/credit card payments over the telephone for care home fees.

Posting invoices out to residents and families.

Processing purchase ledger invoices onto Sage Line 50.

Liaising with directors to authorise purchase invoices.

Filing, scanning and archiving.

Ensuring copies of contracts for staff and residents are scanned into system.

Preparation of weekly reports for the directors

Ad hoc duties as and when required

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

Good telephone manner

Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

Experience of handling fast flowing workload efficiently and effectively

Accuracy and attention to detail

This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week 3-5 days a week
