**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and diverting to relevant department
- Opening incoming post
- Supporting director with diary management
- Booking meeting rooms
- Arranging travel
- Scanning and filing
- General administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous office support experience is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong Microsoft office skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham, NG9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
