Many staff commute easily from Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and West Sussex either by car or by public transport.We are looking for a proactive and resourceful member of staff who is warm, kind and highly effective at communicating with young people and adults. The primary purpose of the role is to coordinate a positive internal reflection room where students who have behaved poorly will be encouraged to reflect on their behaviour and make strong choices about education and personal development. An effectively run internal reflection room will ensure that young people who are struggling to behave are well served by our behaviour systems and structures in the academy and are well supported to make strong, positive choices.-
