This is a rare opportunity to join the team at our much loved café in the middle of Hereford.

**Who we are looking for**

You may have some catering experience but attitude and commitment are more important than experience. You will love good simple food and enjoy dealing with people and putting a smile on their faces..

**The job**

You will normally work 5 shifts over a 7 day week. Shifts will normally start at 7 or 8am and finish at between 3 and 5pm. We’ll start you on the breakfast shift cooking delicious breakfasts to order. Then we’ll train you on the bake shift and cook shift. Eventually we aim to cross-train all our team so they can work on the front of house as well, serving customers and making coffees.

The café manager will be your line manager.

**The Café**

We’ve been serving simple fresh food at All Saints for over 25 years. We have around 80 covers and we sell around 120 meals and a further 250 coffee/snacks each day. We are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm for breakfast, lunch and all day coffee and cakes.

**Pay**:
Starting rate is £9.50 per hour (going to £10.50 in April) reviewed after first 3 months of basic training and again subsequently as you are trained in different areas.

**Hours**

Your standard working week is around 40 hours. The café is open on Saturdays and so Saturdays are part of your normal working week.
