To handle receipt of goods into repairs department and dispatch of completed repairs The Repairs Operator will be expected to develop good working relationships and high level of support with colleagues and work to provide a service level that meets the customer’s expectations and ensure achievement of the department/company goals and targets.

This role is based within the Repairs workshop and will require physical manual lifting of packages containing goods when received and dispatched. Warehouse/goods in experience or similar would be an advantage to meet the demands of the role.

**Job Specification**:
**The Person**
- All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.
- Physical processing and handling of customer equipment.
- Take direction from Lead Administrator to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
- Ensure accuracy of goods receipt details. Serial numbers, part number information from devices.
- Ability to respond to urgent requirement and priorities when required.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements of the role and use of PPE.
- Team player and the ability to work independently and responsibility.

**The Shifts**
- 08.00am till 16.35pm Monday to Friday

**The Pay**
- £10.93 per hour
