- Help to evaluate product performance and opportunities, and support the creation of profitable, sustainable and amazing client-centric holidays across Latin America and Europe, thinking strategically about how to realise the incredible potential of our holidays.
- Drive growth by analysing and enhancing our existing portfolio, both in terms of content and delivery.
- Naturally, you know how to work cross-functionally, connecting, informing and training our teams, partners, and tailoring best in class holidays for our clients.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, and feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, thinking strategically about how to realise the incredible potential of our holidays.

The role requires imagination, discipline, creativity and initiative. You will sit at the heart of the business, helping support the product and sales team with tailor made product enquiries; the marketing team with updates; and the operations team in creating solid, mutually respectful partner relations from the get-go.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the reshaping of our short-term product portfolio and roadmap, whilst contributing to our long-term product strategy to be the most innovative in any industry.
- Manage, update and negotiate local country agreements and SLAs with our local country partners.
- Audit health and safety guidelines for new product development.
- Support the creation of client travel documents.
- Be involved in briefing and training the internal teams on evolving and new products and be the source of truth for product queries generally.
- Be part of the team that both guides and supports the marketing, sales and operations teams with accurate, timely, best in class product documentation and trip materials.
- You will be very closely linked with the commercial teams on costs and pricing.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on product performance.

**About you**:

- A belief in travel as a force for good.
- +2 years of experience in strategy or product management.
- Ambitious judgement - you think big and are future-oriented, whilst quickly cutting through complexity and ambiguity.
- Ownership - you demonstrate purpose and ownership, and can step back and accept limits where appropriate.
- Ability to prioritise both commercially and sustainably.
- Project management.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong cross functional communication skills - you will be supporting the sales team in what to sell and how to sell it. You will also be working across the business from marketing to sales to operations to ensure that we create, promote, sell and deliver the best trips.
- Excellent spoken & written English. Spanish language skills would be a benefit
- Educated to degree level
