**A full time Lettings Negotiator role has arisen within a very well-established independent firm that provides a full range of professional property services.**

Lettings/property related experience is essential, and additional training and qualifications will be provided/ supported.
- Arranging viewings for potential tenants.
- Arranging valuations/ meetings for potential landlords
- Liaising between the applicants and landlords to negotiate a successful letting, and beyond this to manage a successful tenancy.
- Arranging tradesman for the upkeep of property maintenance and repairs as required.
- Working as part of a small team, but at the same time working independently and using initiative.
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with an eye for detail
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
- Hold a valid driving licence (preferred but not essential)

The job role will require Saturday working on a rota basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
