Comsec Limited is a business who offers Reactive and Response services to the Social Home Authority and due to continued expansion are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives who ideally have direct experience within this field
As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you’ll be joining our customer-focused repairs team or voids team, carrying out responsive and planned maintenance services on both minor repairs and large one-off projects, including jobs for commercial customers. You will also be required to carry out carpentry, tiling, plastering, plumbing and redecoration repairs for which you have the appropriate skills, knowledge and/or experience.

You’ll be equipped with a scheduling tool that plans your workload so you can start and finish your day. You’ll also be provided with a works vehicle, uniform, PPE, with all works within the immediate area of Essex

We’ll expect you to have a full clean driving licence, with an understanding of Health & Safety as it applies to your role and relevant experience of working as a trade operative in a customer focused environment. Specifically, you’ll hold direct experience of the role and have available references and be City & Guilds/NVQ trade qualified in Carpentry or Plumbing and have relevant skills and experience in other trades.
