Freelance Bartender

**Job Overview**:
We are a vibrant Events Staffing Agency looking for skilled Freelance Bartenders to join our growing team. We cater to a variety of venues and events across the UK and are currently looking to staff a few venues in Surrey.

**Duties**:

- Deliver exquisite customer service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and hot drinks.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, making recommendations and pushing sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Adhere to food & drinks safety standards and regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bartending & hospitality is essential.
- Proficient in basic maths for handling payments and calculating bills.
- Knowledge of food & drinks safety practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of the alcohol challenges 21 & 25.
- Having a personal alcohol license is a bonus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

**Usual times & dates**:
Fridays: 5pm - Midnight

Saturdays: 5pm - Midnight

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
