**Responsibilities**:

- Residential Maintenance: Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance for residential properties.
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold our company's high standards of garden care and aesthetics across all maintained properties.
- Task Management: Efficiently plan and execute gardening tasks, ensuring timely completion.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in residential gardening and landscape maintenance.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of plants, garden care, horticultural techniques, and landscaping principles.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining garden aesthetics and quality standards.
- Client-Centric: Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
