Our Account Handlers have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here) earn a basic salary relative to their experience as well as a generous bonus structure. So, what does the role of Insurance Account Handler here involve?

Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.

When you join us, you’ll be fully supported and trained on all relevant products from the very beginning to ensure you know all about the different types of products available.
