**Role Overview**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to join our Senior Management team in role that is hands-on and strategic across all locations throughout the UK but based in Preston.

The role will be focused on delivering a best-in-class colleague experience across the employee life-cycle and creating a culture and organisation that enables us to continue to grow and scale. This is a true generalist role that will give you an opportunity to work in the detail and get the operational HR foundations right.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Group Stakeholders to attract, recruit and onboard diverse talent
- Assist in the development of a talent strategy and a colleague experience in line with the overall business strategy
- Work with the Group Stakeholders on organisational design, evolution and succession planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles to support business goals
- Review and update HR policies and processes to support best-practice and a consistent colleagues experience across the business
- Lead communications and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent
- Provide confidential HR support and advice to all colleagues
- Build a strong people culture through the business
- CIPD qualified HR professional is desirable
- Pro-active and collaborative approach
- Broad range of HR experience
- Strong relationship skills having the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation
- High level of integrity and can build trust with colleagues at all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
