This Role

We are currently recruiting for an Operative to work at our DTE Buckhaven site. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team.

Key elements of this role are:

- Assist in setting and producing timber members to customer specification.
- Operating Truss manufacturing equipment
- Ensuring all products are manufactured to a high standard.
- Carrying out quality checks
- Seeks continual improvement in performance and processes.
- Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved.
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment.
- Supports individual and team direction and development.
- Maintains good working relationships at all times.
- Implements integrated management systems.

Hours are 38.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 14:45 - 23:30 and Friday 12:00 - 16:30.

The rate of pay is £11.82 for this role with overtime paid at time and a half.

Pay: From £11.82 per hour
