Swan’s Nest Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon managed by the Focus Hotels Management Group. We are seeking to recruit a Room Attendant (Weekends) to join our team.

**Who are we**
The Swan’s Nest Hotel is a 17th century building offering 72 rooms, located 5 minute walk from the historic heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the guest bedroom is well presented and in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure guests belongings are looked after.
- Ensure that all items in room are of a high standard - clean, unmarked, no defects.
- Look after all equipment facilities.
- Keep reception informed of the status of rooms in your section.
- Ensure rooms are made ready for guests quickly and correctly.
- To perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
- To ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the company standards as per the SOP manual.

You must exhibit the following at all times:

- Genuine friendly manner
- Respect the guest presence when interacting with other colleagues
- Be attentive to customer needs
- Deal with or communicate guest requests i.e. second efforts to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- To actively promote a positive attitude throughout the hotel.
