**Human Resources Officer**
This is a full time ( 37.5 hours per week), permanent role based in our head office in Kidderminster.
Job purpose: working with and alongside an existing team for the efficient administration of the day-to-day operations in all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including:
- Administration and maintenance of all Human Resources related employment documentation and records
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Induction of new staff to the company
- Supporting managers and staff with policies and procedures
- Administration of training courses and other Human Resources events
- Effective handling of any incoming Human Resources related queries
- Updating all Human Resources management information including databases, spreadsheets etc
Key requirements
- Experience of working in a Human Resources department with a desire to develop a career in Human Resources
- ideally 2 to 3 years experience
- Qualified to Level 5 CIPD or working towards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills and administrative ability
- Ability to work on own initiative and work to deadlines
- Flexible attitude to work and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to form good working relationships with people at all levels within the business
- Sound IT skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
