**About the role**
Our graduate development programme in the VAT team will provide you with a combination of on-the-job experience and structured training to become a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor. As part of your role as a VAT Associate, you will be working within our 10 strong VAT team and will provide assistance on advisory and compliance projects. You will gain experience on a range of different areas including, meetings clients, undertaking VAT reviews and consultancy projects, HMRC audits and supporting clients with VAT returns and related queries. Our work focusses mainly on specific sectors such as land and property, international services, health, charities etc so that you can learn to be an industry expert. The list is not finite. As an integral and valued member of the team you will be expected to form and build long term relationships with new and existing clients to assist them in achieving their objectives.
