Simpson Judge are pleased to be working on a retained basis with a long-standing client who are industry leaders in what they do. They are well-known for creating highly innovative product ranges backed by science, with their products selling out rapidlypost-launch. This brand is an entrepreneurial, start-up who're going onto creating amazing things - it's a great time to join them

**Key Duties**:

- Work closely with the NPD Manager in developing the beauty innovation pipeline and product portfolio, focusing on the face and hair
- Create market analysis including claims, copy, size, pricing and brand positions
- Present submissions on new ingredients and innovative ideas to the team
- Maintain and manage all key NPD documents for product launches and report any changes to the teams
- Manage and work to critical paths ensuring all actions are achieved within deadlines

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Passion for product development of cosmetic products
- Project management skills
- MS office skills
- Highly organised and structured
