**Corporate Solicitor (In House)**
**Sheffield**
**Salary: Up to £100,000**

**About the firm and Role**:
Our client, a leading and values led accountancy firm are looking to for a corporate solicitor to join the in-house team at their Sheffield office.
This role will be multifaceted where you will work on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, shareholders’ agreements, corporate resignations, joint ventures as well as general company/commercial matters.

You will work with an array of businesses ranging from start up through growth and succession. A diverse and forward-thinking firm who live their core values day in and day out, this is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to make the move from private practice into an in-house environment.

Working closely with the Head of Legal and Managing Director this opportunity also offers excellent long term progression opportunities.
