Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for construction and project management? Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Agent to join their team. If you're ready to take on a challenging role where you can make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and implement processes for the detection and protection of all services in the area.
- Ensure that all works related to service detection and protection are executed efficiently to prevent any potential delays to the main construction program.
- Conduct comprehensive briefings for staff, ensuring they are well-informed and aware of services and the potential hazards they present.
- Contribute to the development of Work Package Plans (WPPs) and Task Briefs, specifically focusing on service detection and protection.
- Maintain an accurate understanding of all service information throughout every stage of construction.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to assist in developing the scope of temporary civils M&E arrangements required for the successful delivery of the main civils work at Huddersfield Station.
- Coordinate effectively with designers and sub-contractors, the facilities management team, utility suppliers, the M&E Manager, and the civils delivery team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the area of service detection and protection.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective briefing and coordination with staff and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and information.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions to prevent project delays.
- Collaborative nature, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in construction, project management, or a related field.
