**This is a full time, open ended appointment (1 FTE).**

**We are looking for an experienced Financial Accounts Assistant including experience of Payroll and Pensions.**

The Accounts Assistant role is an integral role within the College’s central finance department for providing a customer-focussed service to the Faculties and Schools across the College.

There will also be opportunities to work within the Management Accounts team on external returns and ad hoc projects.

You will have the opportunity to work across the whole of the finance department; however the main focus will be within financial accounting and payroll processes

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Ideas in looking at ways on improving the operational efficiency of the finance section.
- The ability to be proactive as well as reactive and consistently exceeding stakeholders’ expectations.

**Remuneration**:
Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £28,728 rising to £32,096 per annum.

The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
