Micro Space Planner

Do you work for a large retail chain and use or create fixture planograms as set up guides?

OSP are hiring a junior Micro Space Planner

We specialise in merchandising virtually, creating & capturing these plans with our clients’ head office teams. If you want to learn the skills to work with the programs that create these planograms, then OSP could be just what you need to take your retail career to the next level.

You will demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and strong problem solving capabilities, and maintain the professionalism, reliability and efficiency that we are known for.

The OSP team is spread across the country, with colleagues in the North and in London, however the office is in the New Forest, Hampshire. This is a hybrid remote-working position, so you should also be comfortable commuting to client locations or the Lymington office if needed - being able to commute to the office weekly is preferable, but not essential.

Full training will be provided by our supportive and friendly team

**Essentials**:

- Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Computer literate & comfortable learning new software
- Working understanding of visual merchandising, preferably with hands-on experience
- Experience of working for a medium - large national retail chain
- Ability to work as part of a busy team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
- Willing to manage and support store setups if required
- Willing to travel to client offices or stores if required

**Preferred / Non-Essential**:

- Planogramming experience with software like (JDA, Blue Yonder, CCM, Galleria, Spaceman etc..)
- Demonstration of other software skills - CAD, Power Bi, Sketch-up etc
- Driving license & Own Car
