A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Head of Production Management to join one of our successful teams working to Ensure consistent excellence in the tactical delivery of projects across our client portfolios

Reporting into Production Director, we're looking for someone with proven experience Example of experience required delivering exhibitions, live events or theatrical production.

Key skills, experience, requirements
- Significant creative agency experience in delivering a range of projects (exhibition, conference, greenfield, semi-permanent) across multiple territories (EMEA, APAC, US/LA)
- Strong understanding of the needs of different client portfolios and projects, and capable of developing appropriate production responses.
- Strong leadership qualities - collaborative in approach, consultative and inclusive but decisive.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of the need for financial efficiency in our operations
- Substantial experience of working for international blue chip clients and across projects of scale
- A thorough understanding of technical staging, automation, video and LED, lighting, audio, electrical contracting and construction processes across the globe.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting processes and experience of managing multi-million pound budgets.
- You must be competent in creating lasting and positive senior supplier relationships and will need relevant global supplier knowledge
- Able to take commercial responsibility for live production disciplines working across multiple business teams.
- Exceptional communication, both written and spoken; confident and eloquent presenter.
- Responsible for maintaining and driving high Health and safety standards into all areas of our work.

Detailed responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of Production responsibilities on a range of projects, including flagship client work.
- Oversee and be accountable for the execution of production responsibilities across the UK business, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are attained, alongside effective budget management.
- Provide Production oversight and input across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure our worksites adhere to our standards, maintain close but remote supervision of the wider team.
- Support the qualification and response to new business opportunities, assisting the Head of Live Production with resource allocation, budgeting, ideation and written proposals.
- Support Business Directors in maintaining client relationships, providing consistency and reassurance in our Production capabilities
- Ensure global work is executed in accordance with specific Client contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 270001
