**Mechanical Project Manager**

**The Employer**

Part of an international group the company was founded in the mid 80’s and provide Air Conditioning Solutions from initial survey, and design through installation, commissioning to handover and lifelong maintenance within the data centre, pharmaceuticalproduction and healthcare environments.

**Mechanical Project Manager Requirements**

You will be required to co-ordinate the delivery of HVAC projects to their conclusion. This is a hybrid role that will require travelling to various sites UK wide. You will be responsible for full cost control, dispute resolution, monthly cost forecasts,Health & Safety performance and achieving projected revenues/gross margins. You will closely with the client to deliver an end to end process whilst planning direct and indirect onsite resource

**Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities**
- Record, monitor and advise the Contract Operations Manager of any defects and specification deviations
- Accountable for the delivery of large-scale projects, on time, within budget and in a professional manner
- Conduct regular safety and quality audits on site with your engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with defined procedures
- Monitor Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors, ensuring compliance with all legislation and contract requirements
- Managing of CDM regulations, method statements, risk assessments, COSHH regulations and toolbox talks on all projects being carried out
- Manage and conduct commercial negotiations and enforcement of contract terms as required by the project

**Mechanical Project Manager Remuneration**
- Salary £55-60k
- Car Allowance plus mileage expenses
- Statutory Pension
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
