Based in the science department you will work closely with others in the department to support your students to achieve their ambitions. We believe that all science and engineering qualifications carry equal importance and are keen to listen to new ideasabout how we can improve the experience for our students further. The department is innovative and continuously seeks new opportunities to develop. We are proud to work with HE providers and the Ogden trust.

**A day in the science department could see you:**
- working collaboratively with others in the department on schemes of work and resources
- inspiring students to develop their knowledge of engineering
- being involved with local industry in developing work experience opportunities for students
